Retirement Roadmap Radio – Supporting Veterans: Transformative Care Initiatives with Kim Scofi of United Military Care

I am actually the daughter and daughter-in-law of two veterans. One was Air Force, One Army special forces, and I watched the struggles that they had, and they did not access the care that they needed, and they didn’t feel like they were eligible for. And I watched those struggles, grew up with that, and decided after working for a national nonprofit, addressing the needs of active-duty service members, that my veterans, I speak possessively about my veterans, were falling through the cracks and started united military care to address that.
