Associate Director of Special Projects and Block Programming

If so, Dickey Broadcasting Company is hiring someone with the talent to manage multiple projects including block programming, the launch of two new sports/community driven radio stations, and play by play assets such as the Atlanta Braves, Kennesaw State Owls, Georgia State Panthers, and the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets. Dickey Broadcasting is looking for someone with management experience, a successful local direct sales resume, someone who can learn an extensive sales menu, and someone with the ability to coach other highly motivated directors. Most importantly, Dickey Broadcasting is looking for someone who is willing to prospect, cold call, set appointments, create client presentations, and achieve sales quotas, and help others do the same.

Job Requirements
- Managerial Experience preferred
- New business to business experience preferred with recognition as top-performer
- Block Programming experience desired
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office applications (including outlook, word, excel, PowerPoint)
- Vehicle and a valid driver’s license
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
