“I wanted the war to end for some time, but seeing it unfold the way that it has, it is a huge disappointment. We could have ended the war properly. We could have left properly. So to see it just turn into absolute chaos, to see the Afghanistan government and military that we spent twenty years and two trillion dollars building collapse in a couple of weeks, that has been tough. I’m right along with those people that are extremely frustrated with all of it and to see our politicians and elitists in Washington never seem to learn from these wars and these conflicts, that they push the military in to change the mission, expand the mission, and try to use our military to solve all of the world’s problems.
