On Fox Across America with Jimmy Failla, Rep. Ralph Norman (R-SC) said Democrats haven’t even tried to get Republicans’ support to get the spending bill done because the follow the “inept leadership” of President Biden.

“I read where Biden was quoted as saying he’s frustrated, the American people frustrated with him. I have never seen the inept leadership that this man has exhibited. It’s not just he’s cognitively gone. When I saw him on Capitol hill trying to persuade his ilk to change their vote, I mean he’s the best thing Republicans have.”

“They haven’t reached out at all. We don’t hardly even speak to them because it’s two different worldviews They’re drunk on power and you can see it in their policies, you can see it in their mannerisms. They don’t get it. The action that the have demonstrated is they just follow the leader. Now I do think they’re in a box with the progressives and the debt limit is a joke.”
